Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup rich milk
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup ham; chopped
1/2 cup cheese; shredded
1 1/2 tablespoon onion; finely chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 ° until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
