4 canned green chiles (old el paso; no doubt), rinsed, seeded
1 clove garlic; minced
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pepper to taste
1 large ripe tomato; skinned & finely chopped.
