| Grilled Steak With Blue Cheese Recipe |

Ingredients
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce -- or tamari
1 large onion -- sliced
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper -- or to taste
1 1/2 lb porterhouse steak
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled -- or
1 to taste
Cooking Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.
Grill steak on one side for 5 - 7 minutes. Turn & top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 - 7 minutes or until desired doneness. beef
