Ingredients

1 1/2 lb boneless tender beef 1
1 thick
2 large bell peppers
2/3 cup teriyaki baste & glaze
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 10 metal skewers



Cooking Directions:

Cut beef into 1" cubes & each bell pepper into 16 pieces. Combine teriyaki, onion powder, ginger, chili powder & pepper sauce; remove 1/3 cup mix & pour over beef & peppers in bowl, tossing to coat. Thread beef & peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between pieces. Cook skewers on grill 5" from hot coals 4 minutes on each side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mix.
