| Grilled Chicken Sate Recipe |

Ingredients
3 whole boned and skinned chicken bre; asts
----MARINADE----
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoon ginger root; chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Cooking Directions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Combine marinade ingredient and add to chicken; marinate 2 hours or overnight.
3. Thread chicken on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
4. Serve with favorite peanut sauce.
