| Green-Pepper Steak Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb round steak; 1/4-inch thick
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 large green bell pepper; cut in strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 hot cooked rice or noodles
Cooking Directions:
Cut steak in 2-inch by 1-inch strips & toss with soy sauce. Brown on one side with oil. Add green pepper & cook until meat is browned. Combine water & cornstarch, add to meat. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened & peppers are tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
