Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
10 fl oz oz ff plain yoghurt
1 clove garlic (or more)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon dried basil
1 single salt and fresh ground black
1 pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Just liquidize the whole lot and serve. It's also great on baked potatoes.
