Ingredients
1 lime
1/2 cup miracle whip light dressing
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
2 cup packed boston lettuce
2 cup halved strawberries
1 can (284ml) mandarin oranges
Cooking Directions:
Grate rind and sqeeze juice from lime. Combine rind, lime juice, dressing, milk and honey. Cover and chill. Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl; drizzle with dressing mixture.
