Ingredients
2 cup celery, sliced on an angle
2 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
10 oz package frozen peas
8 oz can pitted ripe olives, drained & t; hinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (opt)
Cooking Directions:
1. Place celery in melted butter in a deep 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes. 2.
