Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese
3 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 drop freshly squeezed lemon juice or vin; egar, more or less
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 grated onion (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Peel, pit, and mash avocado. Mix with remaining ingredients and blend well. Add grated onion, if desired. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 cup.
