| Baked Rice Pudding Recipe |

Ingredients
1/3 cup rice; raw
4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; grated
1/2 cup raisins
1 butter; softened
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees, lightly butter cassarole. Combine rice, milk, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in casserole and mix well. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Then stir in raisins and bake another 2 hours, stirring occassionally. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #169 puddings,rice
