| Green Beans With Walnuts And Walnut Oil Recipe |

Ingredients
2 lb green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon walnut oil
1 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Cooking Directions:
Cook beans in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain. Rinse beans with cold water & drain well.
*** Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
Melt butter with oil in large high-sided skillet over high heat. Add beans and toss until heated through, about 4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Add walnuts & parsley and toss. Transfer to bowl & serve. Posted to MasterCook Digest V1 #349
