Ingredients
2 teaspoon dill
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pepper -- to taste ----Salad-----
1 cup orzo
4 roma tomatoes -- seeded and
1 diced
1 cucumber -- peel/seed/dice
3 green onions -- sliced
8 oz feta cheese -- crumbled
Cooking Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together, then chill.
Boil orzo in water until barely done.
