| Greek Cheese Appetizers Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup buttermilk or milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter; melted
8 oz feta or blue cheese; crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch- es. Mix baking mix, buttermilk and eggs. Spread in pan. Drizzle with margarine. Sprinkle with cheese and salt. Bake until deep golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into about 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally into halves. Garnish with olive slices if desired. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
