Ingredients

----SERVES 4----
1 lb carrots, peeled and grated
4 ozs swede, peeled and grated
2 ozs raisins
----FOR THE DRESSING----
5 fl oz carton natural yogurt
3 level tablespoons mayonnaise
2 level teaspoons english made-mustar; d
1 2-3 level tablespoons mango chutney
1/2 oz flaked almonds, toasted



Cooking Directions:

Place the carrots, swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before serving. Source: Magazine ~ possibly Woman's Weekly - date unknown From The Cookie Lady's Files
