Ingredients
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cream
1 egg yolk; beaten
Cooking Directions:
In sm saucepan, whisk in order as listed. Cook over low heat until lightly thickened. Serve in gravy boat with a ham dinner.
