Ingredients

1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 scallion; minced
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro; or more to taste
1 garlic clove; minced
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger root
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes; or to taste



Cooking Directions:

Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend completely. Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
