Ingredients

1 lb beef liver; sliced
2 medium apples; chopped
1 medium onion; chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 slice bacon; cut in pieces
1/4 cup water; or beef bouillon



Cooking Directions:

Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
