| Ginger Pot Roast Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef pot roast (up to 2)
2 tablespoon oil
4 cloves garlic; pressed
2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1 salt; to taste
1 cup water (up to 1-1/2)
3 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 cup raw rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
Brown beef in oil then rub with mixture of garlic and ginger. Salt lightly. Transfer to crock pot. Pour in water and soy sauce. Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or on High for 2-3 hours and then on Low for 2 hours more. Remove 1 1/2 cups broth from pot. Place in saucepan with rice and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
