Ingredients
1 lb cranberries
1 orange; quartered
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup sugar, white
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Cooking Directions:
Grind oranges and cranberries with the coarsest blade of a sausage grinder. Mix with all other ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. salads,relishes
