Baked Ham Slice In Sauterne Recipe

Ingredients

----AMERICAN HEART ASSOC. CKBK----
2 lb center cut ham slice
1/2 cup brown sugar; firmly packed
3 tablespoon cornstarch water
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup american sauterne; or other dry white wine



Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350~. Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine. Place over med-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the mixture over ham. Bake uncovered 45 mins. or until tender.
