Ingredients
1 lb stew beef
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 onion -- chopped
1 can mushroom
1 can beef broth
Cooking Directions:
Brown the stew beef. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms. Thicken and serve over noodles. From Deb Bisson-Devost
