Ingredients
16 oz gemelli or penne
4 oz feta cheese; crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olives; sliced
1/2 cup mint leaves; chopped
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
18 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 oz fresh spinach; stems removed& torn
Cooking Directions:
In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
