Ingredients

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove (small) garlic; minced
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon diced pimiento
2 cup peeled; diced tomatoes
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
3 dash tabasco; more or less
2 cup tomato juice



Cooking Directions:

Pur‚e all ingredients except tomato juice in blender. Add juice and mix until well blended. Much better made a day ahead. Yield: 4 servings.
