Ingredients

6 oz no yolks cholestrol-free noodles (1; /2 package)
3 centiliter garlic, minced
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sage, chopped fresh -=or=-
1 teaspoon sage, dried
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
1/4 cup romano cheese, grated



Cooking Directions:

Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes. Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.

LORI'S NOTE: Don't start the garlic until you've started the pasta. Also add more romano cheese and place the container on the table so that everyone can sprinkle it on to taste.
