Ingredients

3/4 cup best foods light or reduced fat may; onnaise dressing
3 tablespoon lowfat milk
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel (opt)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 cup cut-up fresh vegetables
1 lettuce leaves to line platter
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts,; grilled & sliced



Cooking Directions:

To make dressing, in small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In large bowl, toss vegetables with half of dressing, arrange on lettuce-lined platter. Top with chicken. Serve with remaining dressing.
