| Garbanzos And Couscous Recipe |

Ingredients
1 small onion -- chopped
3 medium carrots -- chopped
1 can tomatoes, canned -- diced,
14 1/2 oz ca
1 can garbanzo beans, canned -- 15
1 oz can
1 cup chicken broth -- reduced
1 sodium
3 centiliter garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 cup couscous, cooked
Cooking Directions:
Throw everything in the pot and mix it up. (no couscous though]. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours {High:3-4 hours}. Add cooked couscous during last 15 minutes of cooking. 6 to 8 servings.
