| Baked Fish With Hot And Spicy Spinach Recipe |

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh, clean spinach --
1 stems & center vein
1 removed
1 small bunch
1 stems removed
1 egg white
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 fresh clean cilantro --
Cooking Directions:
cod, salmon, tuna or sole filets
Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Place the aove mixture on fresh filsh filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes. Really great on salmon, tuna, cod or sole.
