Ingredients
2 cup water
2 cup sugar
1 oz strega extract; available in italian deli
1 whole vanilla beans
1 quart 100 proof vodka; or 80 proof
Cooking Directions:
1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil and thoroughly dissolve sugar. Cool.
2. Mix all together, let stand covered under the sink for about 90 days.
