1 cup stilton cheese; crumbled
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk

Combine all ingredients and bake in 8-inch cake pan at 425 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool a few minutes before cutting.
