Ingredients
2 cup flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup warm water
1 oil for frying
Cooking Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add water to make a workable dough. Dough should be rubbery. Tear off dough into fist size balls. Roll dough 1/2 in. thick to form a circle, and with finger, make a dime-size hole in center of dough. Deep fry to golden brown, drain on absorbant towel. Makes 1 to 2 doz. breads
