| Fruit-Yogurt Swirl Recipe |

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks, chill; ed, drained and canned
1/2 cup unsweetened sliced peaches, chilled; , drained and canned
5 ice cubes
3 whole fresh strawberries, caps remo; ved
1 medium size ripe banana, frozen
8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt, (1 carton)
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 167 Calories; 2g Fat (8% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 36g Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 53mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
