| Fruited Rice Medley Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup sliced carrot
3 tablespoon butter
1 cup sliced green onions
2 cup sliced apples; unpeeled
3 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds; optional
Cooking Directions:
Saute carrots in butter until crisp, about 10 minutes. Add onions and apples cook 5 minutes longer. Stir in rice, salt, peper and raisins. Cook stirring constantly until rice is thorogughly heated. Add sesame seeds and toss lightly.
