Ingredients

1 breast of young turkey
1 salt (to taste)
1 pepper (to taste)
1 cup flour



Cooking Directions:

Slice turkey cross-grain in 1/4 inch thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
