| Fresh Garden Salsa Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup canned tomatoes; drained and roughly chopp
6 tablespoon finely diced fresh tomato
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon minced spanish onion
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon (heaping) coarse salt
1 garlic clove; minced
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño chile juice
2 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon finely diced serrano chile
1/4 cup ticed canned green chiles
6 tablespoon finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch ground oregano
1 pinch ground cumin
Cooking Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a ceramic or glass bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature.
