Ingredients
1 large egg; beaten
1/3 cup butter; melted
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour; plus 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
----TOPPING----
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter; melted
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin cups. Bake 400 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool enough to handle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mixture. Serve immediately Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest by Fawn on Apr 15, 1998
