1 chicken; sliced
1 black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 thyme

submitted by: edmon@cc.xu.edu.ph I noticed that recently a lot of chicken recipe had been submitted here. We have this recipe that is very easy to prepare and is always loved by guests.
Put the pieces of chicken in a Pyrex Rectangular dish. Rub with Pepper and Thyme and Pour Soy Sauce over it. Let it stand for 1 hour. Preheat oven at 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
