Ingredients
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 lb pork; in sm. pieces
3 onions; chopped fine
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 head cabbage; finely shredded
1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
3 green peppers; in 1/2 squares
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 hot cooked rice
Cooking Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stir-fry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers, salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
