Ingredients
1 lb swiss cheese; shredded
3 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup dry sauterne
3 tablespoon brandy
1 pepper and nutmeg to taste
Cooking Directions:
Dredge cheese in flour. Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise. Stir in cheese a little at a time. Continue to stir until mixture blends. Add pepper and nutmeg to taste, salt if needed. Serve with bread cubes.
