Ingredients
8 oz bella sun-dried tomatoes in oil; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil; from tomatoes
8 oz feta cheese; crumbled
1 bunch fresh cilantro; coarsely chopped
4 oz angel hair pasta; cooked
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese. Serve warm or cold.
