| Baked Brown Rice Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
3 teaspoon onion; minced
1 teaspoon dehydrated parsley
2 1/2 cup defatted beef broth; * see note
1 teaspoon mrs dash
Cooking Directions:
Brown the rice in a nonstick skillet. When golden brown, place in tightly covered casserole. Pour over rice, hot defatted beef broth (mix as per directions on can). Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Garnish with dehydrated parsley. Add more water if needed during cooking.
