| Angel Hair Appetizer Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb sundried tomatoes -- packed
1 in oil
1 with 1/4 cup of oil -- from
1 jar
1 lb feta cheese -- crumbled
2 bunch fresh cilantro or parsley --
1 coarsely chopped
8 oz angel hair pasta
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or side dish.
