Ingredients
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium chopped onion
3 centiliter garlic, minced
4 can minced clams
4 cup peeled and chopped tomatos
1 cup finely chopped carrots
2 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 bay leaves
1 1/2 lb shrimp
1 lb scallops
2 can beef broth
2 can chicken broth
4 can water
1 lb cut bite size haddock
1 lb cut bite size cod
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, olive oil in heavy pan until golden. Add clams, tomatos, carrots, celery, broth, water and spices. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add fish and scallops. Let come to a boil. Add shrimp. Let it come to a boil till fish flakes with a fork. soups/stews,beef,seafood
