| Fish In Foil Recipe |

Ingredients
2 heavy duty foil
1 lb fish fillets; divided
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 oz onions; sliced, divided
1 teaspoon parsley; chopped
1 teaspoon chives; chopped
6 oz potatoes; peeled, cut, french style
1 salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoon margarine
Cooking Directions:
Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 ts margarine. Makes 2 servings for dinner. May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today's weights etc. fish,low-cal,entrees
