Ingredients

2 can (29-oz) peeled apricot halves; drained
1 stick butter; melted
1/2 cup apricot juice
1 box (9-oz) ritz crackers
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cinnamon



Cooking Directions:

Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
