1 recipe chocolate icing (recipe foll; ows)
1 chestnut filling (recipe follows)
1/4 cup apricot jam
1 cup almond paste
----CHESTNUT FILLING----
1 cup sweetened chestnut puree
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 egg yolk
----CHOCOLATE ICING----
1/2 cup butter
1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
