Ingredients
1 cup skim milk
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 sugar substitute; to taste
Cooking Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender container; blend until all ice is crushed and malted is thick.
Note: any flavor extract may be used, or substitute 1 teaspoon instant coffee. one serving (1/2 - 1c) frozen fruit may be used in place of ice cubes.
