| Fairfax Chocolate Icing Recipe |

Ingredients
2 chocolate, bitter squares
3 tablespoon butter
6 marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 chocolate, semi-sweet square
6 tablespoon water
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Cooking Directions:
Mix chocolate, sugar and water together. Cook about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, butter and vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread.
