1 butter or margarine; (1/2 c
1/4 cup milk; (or 1/2 and 1/2 or ev
1 milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lb powdered sugar; (3 1/2 cups
1 cup peanuts; dry roasted
Cooking Directions:
Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave-safe bowl for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) , until butter looks melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in vanilla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not crumbly. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill to firm (20 mins).
