Egg N' Mushroom Omelet Recipe
1 medium egg; beaten
1/4 cup canned mushrooms; chopped
1 dash hot sauce; or to taste
1 teaspoon onion flakes; dried, crumbled
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika; or to taste

In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauce, onion flakes and parsley. Pour into a preheated non-stick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot. Source: I'm not sure if this is a WW recipe but it will fit the program.
